Health is particularly important here (as always). Please pay attention to the current physical contacts, especially when shopping and similar situations! In my opinion, banal things like the handles of shopping carts and keypads on EC devices for the PIN are among the most critical areas in everyday life. We coordinated our procedures with the real risks very early on and gave you important information in this connection. We and many of our customers and partners have been disinfecting doorknobs, shopping carts, EC keyboards and other risky contact surfaces with [url='https://www.cdvet.de/en/cddes?number=332']cdDes[/url] for many days. We started communicating “panic-free information” early on, which helps to find the balance between exaggerated panic and dangerous inattentiveness and provides practical help and advice. We are currently making massive efforts to meet our customers' needs, which have changed in the areas of focus due to the current situation. This includes the higher need for Fit-Crock, because many customers have created a crisis supply for 1-2 weeks and use Fit-Crock as a flexible bridging option for barf, so that they can continue to provide the dogs with healthy food at all times, if there anything with raw meat should get tight. The need for products such as casaCare urine attack and casaCare BioClean has also increased significantly. In the area of disinfectants, there are currently massive supply bottlenecks and the prices are apparently going up. cdVet does not participate in these speculations and makes cdDes available at a normal price (including volume discounts) and thus makes an important contribution to the stability of supply in the area of disinfectants. Our employees deserve special recognition right now. Many employees work overtime on a voluntary basis, work on saturdays and are very careful in order to maintain the ability to deliver with the enormous quantities currently. In the case of packaging, it can currently happen that we have to switch to alternative packaging if there are delivery bottlenecks. Here we also refer to our cdDes bulk containers and refill packs. All containers are refilled. This also applies to the 100 ml bottle that many customers are currently taking with them on the go or are available at various locations. Due to the peculiarity of the situation, our team is available to you by telephone (provisionally until Easter) on Saturdays (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.). However, we kindly ask you to submit orders as digitally as possible to facilitate the processes. A lot has changed in this situation in sales too. Our field service no longer operates in the car, but by phone and email. At the moment we all support our customers (field service and back office) massively by discussing help and ideas with our customers. It is important right now that we are actively communicating with our customers and also potential customers - and also customers with whom we may have done less in the past. We and especially our customers often think that we as cdVet are important to our customers because we have solutions for almost all situations and we find them. Of course, this includes, first of all, how to get through the crisis with the animals - especially in terms of health - without any problems. This includes care, coping with uncertainties, the design of feeding, hygiene and in particular the sometimes massive changes in everyday life. There is often a massive need for information here, which we want to and must meet. With traders - especially our traders with shops, THP, service providers such as dog care, dog sitting, etc. - there are massive fears of existence. This is about mastering the crisis with you and, wherever possible, turning the crisis into an opportunity. It often comes down to good ideas that - as with the example of home delivery - can often be implemented without problems. Due to the high demand in the delivery area, some retailers even use temporary help from the catering trade to organize deliveries to customers at home. This is a real help for many consumers, which is gratefully accepted. It is also important that our retailers are now available to our consumer customers as consultants and solution providers. It is also important for our sales department to give our traders the important impetus for solutions outside of our own product-related solutions. Many traders are panicked and have lost track of things. It is important that we give orientation to the solution! In addition to the above mentioned aspects also notes in economic terms: In the case of quarantine, the time lost is replaced by the authority to the shop owner The possibilities from the crisis program of the federal and state governments (9000-15,000 EUR crisis aid), which will solve the main problem for many small traders. If we don't have any topics on the screen yet, please ask them to be given to me directly or to my secretariat so that we can also work out solutions for them. With regard to our traders, it is important that we want ALL of our traders to survive this crisis economically and emerge from it stronger rather than weaker. The current situation is a huge challenge and in many cases also an opportunity. We want to do everything we can to make a positive contribution.
